Serving as Moderator of Qui Tam CLE Panel Very Productive

I had the pleasure of serving as the moderator at the qui tam litigation group’s continuing legal education session at the American Association for Justice’s Annual conference this past week.  This CLE always gathers those attorneys who immerse themselves in the practice of representing whistleblowers, and who have brought significant numbers of fraudsters to justice.  They are thoughtful, bright, engaged and committed to this very technical area of the law.  As a result, I always leave the conference with greater knowledge about my practice area, and the tools to serve my clients even better.  If anyone is interested in discussing the current state of qui tam law, please let me know!
