Our Mission Statement

The Department Of Justice Defines Its Mission As:

“To enforce the law and defend the interests of the United States according to the law; to ensure public safety against threats foreign and domestic; to provide federal leadership in preventing and controlling crime; to seek just punishment for those guilty of unlawful behavior; and to ensure fair and impartial administration of justice for all Americans.” (The United States Department of Justice Mission Statement.

Though not as far-reaching, our mission statement resembles that of the Department of Justice. In our practice, we strive to obtain justice for both our clients and our Country. As stated in the Pledge of Allegiance, we seek “liberty and justice for all.”

Fraudsters who seek to profit on the backs of our freedoms must be brought to justice. When fraudsters fraudulently obtain economic stimulus money meant to protect our small businesses through this unprecedented crisis, we must bring them to justice. When fraudsters disregard the well-being of our elderly citizens and our citizens who have serious mental health issues, we must bring them to justice. When fraudsters seek personal Medicare information so as to bill Medicare for medically unnecessary tests, we must bring them to justice.

Every day, the Law Offices of Audrey Hildes Schechter, P.A. proceeds with these goals in mind. We hope that with our help, “liberty and justice for all” will become a reality for all.
