Pharma Distributor Accused of Repackaging Left Over Cancer Drugs

In a complaint filed in the Eastern District of New York, 30 states have accused McKesson of repackaging leftover cancer drugs and selling them as new - all for profit and resulting in patient harm.  One of the relators in this case is Omni Healthcare Inc., which provides an interesting twist.  Please see link for article re: same.
