The Brand Memo and The False Claims Act

I’ve just returned from the American Association for Justice conference, and was honored to participate in the Qui Tam Litigation Group’s discussion regarding updates in the law.  Specifically, I spoke about the recent “Brand Memo”, and its potential impact in this area of the law.  The area of the law is ever changing, particularly under the last 6-12 months, and it is imperative that lawyers in this area stay current so that we can best prepare your whistleblower cases.  If anyone has questions regarding the Brand Memo, I’d be happy to discuss my thoughts.
