Trump Administration Sees Striking Exodus of Legal Talent

by Law Offices of Audrey Hildes Schechter, P.A. | Jun 2, 2026 | Firm News

The linked article helps explain why and how our selection process for potential cases has changed. With the exodus of attorneys from the US Attorney’s Offices, and with otherwise very limited resources, we have to be more certain that the government will want to (and have time to) intervene in the cases that we bring to them. It’s always been our aim to bring them the best cases. And so we will continue with this approach. The one bright side is the Attorneys General Offices have been the recipients of a lot of the legal talent. This increases an already existing excellent pool of legal talent in the states.
