Coronavirus Financial Stimulus Fraud

As a follow up to our most recent blog, another avenue fraudsters might take during the pandemic is pilfering the Congressional stimulus package rolling out in the next weeks and months.  Not only must we all be mindful of the best ways we can help flatten the pandemic’s curve, but we must also be vigilant so that the money Congress has designated to keep our Country’s small businesses afloat goes to bona fide recipients, thereby buoying our economy.  Certain districts, including the Middle District of Florida, have created task forces to combat these fraudsters from the beginning.  We must all work together to get through this challenge and come out the other side stronger, physically, emotionally and fiscally.
