The Department of Justice has reported that the False Claims Act Settlements they obtained in 2021 exceeded $5.6 Billion. Through the incredible work of this public:private partnership and brave whistleblowers who have sacrificed so much to bring the fraudsters to justice, they have done just that. This is an amazing replenishment to the public fisc. We are so pleased for the small role that we have played and continue to play in bringing fraudsters to justice and returning taxpayers’s money back to the government so that the money may be used for the betterment of our communities rather than to line the pockets of greedy fraudsters.
