We learn from our clients and they learn from us.  We know how to navigate the False Claims Act and our clients know the ins and outs of the fraud that they are bringing to us.  We learn as much as possible about the area of the fraud.  Together, we work to prepare a clear complaint that outlines the False Claims Act, the fraud and the regulations which the fraudsters violated.  It is through this relationship that we are able to present the government attorneys with the clearest allegations and to assist them with their investigations into the fraud.  Throughout the litigation process, we continue to educate one another as well as the government on both the law and the facts of the fraud.
